Choose a green accommodation
Participants of EGU's General Assembly are strongly encouraged to look for eco-friendly accommodations. Various labels for green hotels are available and an overview is given on the website of the Austrian Ecolabel. Most online booking portals indicate the eco status of a hotel in the descriptions. Please consider accommodations in close distance to the conference centre and think about renting a bike for your daily ride to the ACV.
EGU's hotel reservation partner
Mondial Congress & Events is the only official partner of EGU for organizing hotel accommodation and tours/excursions. They have secured a sufficient number of 5-star, 4-star, and 3-star hotels. Please use the Mondial hotel reservation home page for booking and for detailed information on hotel rates, accessibility by public transport/distance to the venue, eco-friendly status of the accommodations, and all tours/excursions.

As a concessionaire travel agency, Mondial Congress & Events charges an additional handling fee of 25% for all ticket rates for operas, concerts, ballets, etc.
Caution
We have been alerted to the fact that companies going by the names EHS Exhibitor Housing Services and EHM Exhibitor Housing Management are making telephone calls to conference participants. They are claiming that they are "from the congress organizers" and that they have a special hotel deal or that something is wrong with your hotel booking for the EGU General Assembly 2020. Please ignore these calls (and/or emails) and do not provide them with your credit card details. Mondial Congress & Events is the only official housing agency for the EGU General Assembly 2020. If you are unsure about the status of your booking, please contact Mondial.
